Work With Me

Reclaim Your Mind

Positive growth.

Most people come to me after trying everything else — the apps, the books, the morning routines, the accountability groups. They don’t need another framework to understand. They need someone to help them build.

I work with a small number of people at a time, because this work is precise. We don’t guess. We diagnose the actual pattern, then we engineer the environment, identity, and attention systems to support the person you’re becoming.

The sun setting through a dense forest.

How We Work Together

This isn’t coaching in the traditional sense. It’s behavioral architecture — a structured, high-accountability process designed around the B.E.H.A.V.I.O.R. Method.

We identify the hidden systems running your behavior, then rebuild them from the ground up.

What that looks like in practice:

  • Deep diagnostic intake — We map your attention leaks, emotional triggers, habit loops, and environmental defaults before we change anything.
  • Weekly 1:1 sessions — Structured, tactical, no fluff. We review what’s working, fix what’s breaking, and adjust the system in real time.
  • Custom environment design — Your physical and digital spaces will be restructured to make the right behavior the default, not the exception.
  • Daily support & feedback — Between sessions, you have direct access for real-time adjustments. No waiting a week to course-correct.
  • Identity & narrative work — We locate the internal scripts you’ve been repeating and replace them with ones that actually serve you.

Who This Is For

This is selective. I work best with people who are:

  • Already high-functioning but internally exhausted — executives, founders, creators, operators who look successful but feel like they’re running on fumes.
  • Stuck in behavioral loops they can see but can’t break — the same procrastination, the same emotional reactions, the same self-sabotage.
  • Done with surface-level advice and ready to understand the actual machinery behind their behavior.
  • Willing to change their environment — not just their mindset. This work requires real-world restructuring, not just thinking differently.

This is not for people looking for motivation, quick fixes, or someone to hold them accountable to goals they don’t actually believe in.

What Changes

Clients who commit to this process typically experience:

  • Attention reclamation — The ability to focus deeply without willpower depletion.
  • Emotional stability — Fewer reactive spirals, faster recovery from stress.
  • Identity coherence — A clear sense of self that doesn’t erode under pressure.
  • Sustainable performance — Output that doesn’t require constant recovery.
  • Behavioral predictability — You start doing what you say you’ll do, consistently.

This is a 3-month minimum commitment.

The First Step

If you’re ready to stop managing symptoms and start rebuilding the system, the next step is a diagnostic call.

This is not a sales conversation. It’s a 45-minute working session where we identify the core pattern driving your stuckness. If we’re a fit, I’ll invite you into the program. If not, you’ll still leave with clarity on what’s actually happening.

What Clients Say

“I spent years in therapy and self-help books. This is the first thing that showed me why I was stuck — not just that I was.”

— Executive, Fortune 500 Company

“I thought I was lazy. Turns out my environment was training exhaustion. My focus changed in a week with the framework.”

— Creator, 2M+ Followers

“The Internal Narrative exercise found a sentence I’d been repeating for 15 years. I finally saw it wasn’t true.”

— Entrepreneur, Series B Startup

FAQ

How is this different from therapy or executive coaching?

Therapy explores the past. Coaching pushes you toward goals. This work identifies the system running your behavior — then restructures it. We work at the intersection of environment design, identity psychology, and behavioral mechanics.

What if I don’t have time for another commitment?

That’s usually the first pattern we address. The goal isn’t to add more to your plate — it’s to redesign how your plate operates so you stop leaking energy on the wrong things.

Do you work with teams or organizations?

Selectively. I offer behavioral architecture for leadership teams and high-performance cultures. Inquire here for organizational work.

What happens after the 3 months?

Most clients continue on a maintenance rhythm (biweekly or monthly) because the system keeps evolving. There’s no pressure — the work speaks for itself.
